Flip Flop Cake

I prefer cakes that are easy to make, but make a big statement. This cake was made by Kim Haese. She writes:"Flowers are candy with skittles for centers. Skittles and Nerds are on top of sandals. Soles of sandals are wrapped with pull-n-peel licorice. Green licorice is used for the sandal straps. The sand is brown sugar. Each sandal is 2 layers with chocolate icing in between. One sandal is yellow cake and one sandal is chocolate cake."
