Monkey Cupcakes

If you don't want to take the time to make cupcake wrappers, use cupcake liners like these from Reynolds - the design won't fade like it does with other cupcake liners - even if you use chocolate cupcakes. It has a foil liner to protect the design.You can also bake them without using a muffin pan. Purchase these at your local grocery store.
I've always made my own cake and cupcake frosting .... until now. These cupcakes were frosted with Duncan Hines Whipped Fluffy White frosting. It tastes great and spreads really nice. What a time saver. Sprinkle the tops with green sugar and brown sprinkles.
